36 Click Pen - 6Al-4V Titanium - Round Nose - Pentel EnerGel - 6Al-4V Titanium Clip

This design has come out extremely nice with a few improvements. Stronger main spring for a more decisive clicking action. Larger refill chamfer to more properly fit variation and raised type on the Pentel refills. With proper allowance for the refill and spring and mechanism is able to operate very smoothly, without the rough action of the refill and spring translating to the button.

Made entirely out of the tough and hard solid bar stock 6Al-4V Grade 5 Titanium. A single 0.36" (9.14mm) diameter grip and a rounded nose section. The mechanism comes equipped with a clear borosilicate ball. Tip details will be the tightest yet, with the smallest land between the refill and the cone tip profile. 

Clip has been refined to be smoother and will hold onto thinner materials and will flex more to accommodate thicker materials. 

Extremely minimal and clean design coupled with the very excellent and the Pentel EnerGel 0.7mm refill.

Pinch the mechanism between your index finger and thumb to retract the mechanism with a satisfying snap. The click and return is very solid and super satisfying. Tolerances, fit and finish for the mechanism are very close.

Tip point details are very clean with an excellent tight fitting 2.3mm bore and a tolerance of just 25 micron to keep the refill tip exactly in place.

Higbee thread start to pen body to make the thread action for replacing the refill better.
